As soon as you are able, I highly recommend you book with me ASAP after you are engaged. I don't mean this to be any pressure, but peak dates (August - November) can book 8-12 months in advance.

Dates are held on a first come first serve basis. To save the date, both a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed wedding contract must be obtained. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. Payment plans are available for any wedding package.

A few select dates are still available for 2023. I am currently booking for 2024 - 2025

After you have saved your date with Theron Gill Productions, we will begin outlining the details of your unique wedding together.

Open communication is key at Theron Gill Productions, and we will have frequent touch-points throughout your wedding planning process to ensure all necessary wedding details are covered.

60 days before your wedding date, final wedding planning details will be outlined collectively to ensure gorgeous wedding images are captured on your wedding day.

Your wedding is the beginning of a new chapter in your life. Treat yourself!!

I highly recommend engagement sessions no later than 90 days before the wedding. It allows couples to get to know me before your wedding day, have an opportunity to work out some nerves, and see that not only is it easy, but no experience is necessary for stunning wedding images.

On your wedding day, you can relax and enjoy your day with friends and family. I will be right at your side for the entire coverage window you have booked with Theron Gill Productions.

Your wedding details have been ironed out, and there is nothing left but for you to have a stress free beautiful wedding and stunning images that are captured forever.

They are your wedding images, and you deserve quality images quickly. Sneak peaks will be delivered within one week of your wedding day. Your final digital wedding images will be delivered via an online gallery within six weeks of your wedding day.

If a wedding album has been selected as a part of your wedding package, the final album will be delivered within two weeks of the final wedding album design.

Your online digital image gallery will be complete with a print shop for albums, canvas prints, wall art, calendars, image prints etc to help streamline additional photography needs.
